Open only to CAFA members whose membership dues are current as of the date of entry​

1 piece per member can be entered and is guaranteed to show

Juried for prizes only by a committee of CAFA Council Members

Entry Fee: $25 for 1 piece

Membership dues: $40 for 1 year

Entry Form

All CAFA Members (Supporting, Associate, Elected) may submit 1 piece of artwork which is guaranteed to be displayed in the show.

The entry fee is $25 and payments are handled exclusively through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account).

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Use a computer instead of a phone or tablet if you have one.

  2. Try a different web browser if the one you are using does not seem to work. We have found that Google Chrome typically works the best.

  3. Ensure that you are filling out all of the required fields (*) in the form or else the form will not submit. If you have clicked the "Submit + Pay" button and any of the fields have a red underline, you must fill them out before submitting.

  4. Once you upload an image, the name of the image file with an "X" will appear under the field if it has been done successfully.

  5. If you have submitted the form successfully, you will receive an email receipt from CAFA. If you do not receive this email, please contact us to double check that your entry was not received. 

  6. Be patient with the form after clicking "Submit + Pay". Sometimes it can take a little bit of time for the form to redirect to the payment window. If you have waited for more than 1 minute, we recommend trying one of the other tips or contacting us directly at ctacademy.cafa@outlook.com or (860) 415-6177.
